A contract for garanties and services has been signed between PactelInternational for the VSAT equipment.

 

Pactel operate a PacRICS support center in Sydney and support is available during office hours. Emergency support is available outside business hours.

A supportwebsite is also available RICS-Support website. 

 It provides quick access to support material for the RICS system .
The RICS status monitor will let you know at a glance whether the hub is working OK.
You will probably find the Dishpointer pages and the RICS Speed testing pages useful too.

 

Don't forget to read the documents provided under "Training" who can help for basic troubleshooting.

In case of confirmed faulty equipment, please contact SPC coordinator for instruction before sending them back.
