RICS commercial sites are independant sites with their own bandwidth.
The customer negotiates directly with Pactel International (Pactel) and sign the commercial agreements as per current pricing plan outlined below.
Pactel sells and ship the commercial site equipment to end customer on reception of payment.
Pactel configures and activates the site.

Note : Commercial sites can no longer subscribe to 128/64.
Database update
By end 2009, Pactel International reports 48 systems shipped, the most interesting of which is Cook Inlands Telecom. They have purchased 10 systems for their outer islands. Most of the sites are active.

By mid 2010, the number of commercial sites will increase as several Public Good sites and Pilot sites will be able to sustain themselves and become commercial sites.
